Salary: Negotiable dependent on skills and experience
Due to the impending reduction in hours of our current Practice Manager we are now looking for a new proactive manager who would be responsible for the day to day running of the practice whilst navigating the forthcoming changes facing primary care. Our current Practice Manager will remain employed as a part time Project Manager.
The successful candidate will most likely be able to demonstrate strong business acumen with financial management and IT skills, together with excellent HR/interpersonal skills. The ability to multitask and organise effectively is essential. The role will be responsible for compliance with all relevant legislation and best practice standards including HR, data protection and CQC. You will be supported by an excellent clinical and admin team and will be comfortable in training, developing and delegating to other team members. We will consider applications from highly experienced administrators looking to move into a management role.
Although NHS experience is advantageous, it is not essential.
