Senior Clinical Pharmacist

Senior/Clinical Pharmacist Band 7 – 8a (Dependant on experience)

Salary Range £37,570 - £50,819 (Dependant on experience)

Primary Care Network Clinical Pharmacist Hours: 37.5 per week

Two posts available in total, one for Blue PCN and one for MWEB PCN.

As part of the NHS Long Term plan, Northamptonshire Health and Care Partnership is working on a programme of development to support transformation of local health services. We are working collaboratively with providers and patients to co-produce solutions to the challenges we face and maximise the impact of our services on quality and outcomes of patient care.

Applications are invited to apply for the post of Senior Clinical Pharmacist to work for Blue PCN which includes the following practices: St Lukes, Bugbrooke, Park Avenue, County, Brook) and Senior or Clinical Pharmacist to depended on experience to work for MWEB which includes Moulton, Woodview, Earls Barton, Penvale practices.

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and professional individual with a good clinical background, who is organised and confident to work independently and as part of a team, with the ability to prioritise workload. Applicants will be computer literate, have excellent communication skills, and be able to travel within the Primary Care Network area for service provision.
