Practice Manager
This post is part-time - hours to be discussed.
Salary to be discussed according to experience.
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen from an accomplished, experienced and highly motivated senior manager to join this established and respected medical practice.
This is to start immediately. Candidates must be conscientious, pragmatic, provide solid leadership and have the passion, integrity and initiative to drive success.
You should also have an understanding of the NHS Long Term Plan in relation to primary care. Previous management experience, leadership skills, a sound knowledge and demonstrable competency in all aspects of business management, including - finance, HR, IT and strategic planning are essential.
You will also need the vision, willingness and drive to adapt to NHS targets and changes within a profitable, efficient working environment. We already have an HR lead and a business and IT manager in place and this role will supervise and co-ordinate all the management activities and have a strategic role.
