We are looking for someone who has excellent clinical skills to play an active role in our friendly semi-rural GP practice. The practice has an approachable dynamic Partnership and offers professionally rewarding working conditions centered on a patient holistic ethos. Supporting you in your role is an excellent clinical and administrative team and a highly effective management structure.
We are a friendly practice, offering a supportive and collaborative team environment, where we encourage learning, development and personal growth. Our practice list is about 13,000 patients, so small enough for you to know our patients well. We are also part of the Daventry Primary Care Network (31,000 patients) so we can offer the best of both worlds – a small country practice, yet with the support of a large PCN network behind you so you can concentrate on patient care.
