Salaried GP 4-6 Sessions

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic GP to join our well established and respected medical practice for 4-6 sessions per week.

The Pines Surgery is a semi-rural practice on the outskirts of Northampton with good transport links and schools.

The successful candidate will be supported by an excellent team of administrative and clinical staff which includes, GPs, Clinical Pharmacists, Nursing Team, Physiotherapist, Social Prescribing Link Workers, Safeguarding and Patient Care Co-ordinators and a frailty multi-disciplinary team.

We invite applications from candidates who display excellent patient-centred and evidence-based care. Both newly qualified and experienced GPs are encouraged to apply.

A competitive salary is offered plus the usual NHS GP practice benefits.

Main Duties:
• Clinical consultations to provide medical care to our registered patients. Consultation types include telephone, video & face to face.
• A mixture of daily clinical administrative work and triage clinics
• On call Duty.
• Areas of clinical specialist interest are encouraged
• List size: approx. 9,900 patients
• CQC Rating: Good
• High QOF Achievement and active participation in Enhanced Services
• 5 Partners
• 1 Salaried GP
• 2 Clinical Pharmacists
• Team of Nurses to include 2 ANPs, 1 Treatment Room Nurse, 1 Nursing Associate & 1 Phlebotomist
• SystmOne
• A member of The Royal Parks Primary Care Network

Remuneration and benefits:
Salary: £10,500-£11,500
Indemnity paid
7 weeks holiday
1 week study leave
