Dispenser / Pharmacy Technician

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated qualified NVQ Dispenser to join our Dispensary team at Denton Village Surgery.
A small, friendly practice situated in rural South Northants, between Northampton and Bedford but also within easy travelling distance of Wellingborough, Newport Pagnell and Milton Keynes.
Working as part of our busy Dispensing team, you will be processing Acute and Repeat Prescriptions ready for collection, advising patients on medicine management and occasionally giving medication advice as part of the wider surgery team. There may also be some MDS dispensing, as each dispenser may have their own group of patients to manage.
Suitable candidates must be already QUALIFIED to NVQL2 / L3 in Dispensing (or equivalent) with experience in working in a busy Dispensary or Pharmacy. Prior experience of using SystmOne would be advantageous.
Due to the location of the surgery, having a reliable source of transport is essential. Free parking is available on site.

Hours: 15-25 hours per week. Ideal candidates will be able to work until 18:30, 3-5 days per week, dependant on the hours contracted, Monday to Friday.

Salary: Starting at £10.90 per hour, rising to £11.20 per hour following successful completion of probation period.
