Northamptonshire GP Fellowship Programme

Are you a newly qualified GP (within 12 months post CCT) working as a salaried GP or Partner within Northamptonshire?

If so, you may be interested in our new to practice Fellowship Programme

What is the Fellowship Programme?
• A two-year programme of support, available to all newly qualified doctors and nurses entering General Practice in substantive roles.
• A combination of support, networking, PCN portfolio working, learning and development.
• Funded for up to 1 session per week (pro-rata based on 9 session FTE) to complete fellowship activities.
• The fellowship programme includes:
1: Support and networking – induction, mentorship, coaching, peer support
2: Learning and development – practice management skills; leadership; quality improvement; supervision and coaching skills; remote working skills
3: Portfolio working – opportunities for experience and integrated working
