PCN Operations Manager (ARC)
ARC Hub PCN is made up of the following practices:
St Luke’s Primary Care Centre - based in Duston, Northants
Eleanor Cross Healthcare (Whitefields & Delapre Medical Centres)
Danes Camp Medical Centre - based in East Hunsbury - PCN Operations Manager base
Rillwood Medical Centre - based at Lumbertubs - East Northants
Core Responsibilities
• Management of the operational development of the PCN, in the context of emerging national and local
policy; including new models of care and wider system integration.
• Be the first point of contact for the network and act as an enabler for improved health in order to
improve
services to patients.
• Work collaboratively with the wider system partners and providers in developing a fully integrated
neighbourhood delivery model for the health and care system at PCN level utilising community assets.
• Support the Clinical Director and practice managers in the Member Practices.
